Meet the Team

The BDD is the Primary contact for a Succession Advisory Services Member Firm (the Business link person).

They are a guide, mentor, educator, trainer, facilitator, negotiator, challenger, and most of all the:

Honest and trusted professional partner to each SAS Member Firm

Their role is to work with other members of the SAS team to engage with existing businesses, help them to align both their processes and investment proposition, ensure their profitability is at a minimum EBITDA of 30% and to get the businesses ready to be purchased by Succession Group.

The BDDs also act as the first contact point for businesses who want to find out more about Succession and how they can work together.
