Investment Proposition

We work in partnership with a number of internationally renowned Investment Houses whose competitively priced investment solutions can be accessed via the Succession Investment Matrix.  Each solution is selected, approved and continually monitored by our robust Investment Committee.

Model Office

Our proprietary Model Office provides common practice processes which can be adopted across your firm to ensure the volume of recurring income is maximised and the sustainability of income significantly improved. We offer a full suite of client facing documentation and documented processes to support your transition journey.

Technology

We have made a significant investment in technology to create an integrated advice and administration system providing anytime, anywhere access for Planners including a new digital access channel for clients.  The Succession Connect system, built on the XPLAN platform from IRESS, has been designed to provide a complete front, middle and back office capability which supports servicing, administration, income reconciliation, and the client portal.  The Connect system has the Succession Model Office fully embedded and underpins our proven business process and Succession proposition.

Development

The Succession Skills Academy offers a unique blend of training, business development and coaching. It was developed to support member firms, principals, back office staff and advisers, throughout each stage of the detailed Transition process. As part of Succession’s development work with members we work with each individual member firm to create a tailored programme that best meets their needs.

Succession has invested heavily in providing the right solution to meet the developmental needs of its member firms and offers a comprehensive programme of training and education, including masterclasses, best practice and one-to-one support.
