Prior to being acquired, I was just another successful IFA running a sound, profitable lifestyle business.  I agreed to stay with Succession and look after about 100 of my top clients and to identify new clients for the business.  Today, personal earnings are greater and I don’t have to worry about the “managing the business” responsibilities, giving me the freedom to spend more time than ever with our clients.  The business recognised some key skills that have been channeled into mentoring and motivational roles which keep me stretched, driven and fired up.  Life is now stress-free, a lot of fun and extremely enjoyable.
