Succession Advisory Services supports local, national and international causes and we are very grateful to our staff and Strategic Partners for their enthusiastic support and participation. It really does make a difference.

Since the launch of Succession Giving in 2009, Succession Wealth has supported local, national and international causes. We are pleased to give back to local communities, and to fundraise for humanitarian causes. In the same way, we take our corporate governance and social governance responsibilities very seriously, especially during times of social change and uncertainty.

Succession Wealth’s national charity is Cancer Research UK. In addition, our regional hubs fundraise for individual local charities, as shown in the table below. All the funds raised throughout Succession Wealth are split equally between Cancer Research UK and the designated local charities.

Throughout the year, we encourage everyone at Succession to get involved with fundraising. Our annual fundraising events include Founder’s Day, Succession Giving Golf Days, dress-down days and Christmas Jumper Day.

Succession Wealth Founder’s Day

Basic Founder's Day 1

On Friday 22nd June 2018, we held our first Founder’s Day – a day on which we celebrate the life of our former CEO and co-founder, Simon Chamberlain, who sadly passed away in 2017. All Succession offices close at midday, leaving staff free to fundraise and participate in other charitable activities. Half the proceeds raised on Founder’s Day 2018 were donated to the National Succession Giving Charity, Cancer Research UK, and the other half went to the hubs’ chosen local charities. Succession Wealth matches up to £20,000 of all funds raised.

Succession Giving Golf Days

Succession Giving organised and held two successful Golf days in 2018. First, the National Succession Golf Day was hosted at Little Aston in Birmingham, which resulted in another great fundraising opportunity. The second Golf Day was named London and Thames Valley Golf Day and took place at Stoke Park Golf Club. Similarly, this was a brilliant day of charitable fundraising as well as an enjoyable day for staff.
